The main pride of the hotel is the cuisine, authentic testimony of our ancient experience in catering.
The old restaurant Arnolfo, attended in the sixties by various characters from the film world and sports, we have inherited the best of traditional Tuscan cuisine, in which the basic element is the quality of the adopted raw materials.
We still leave groped by new and original combinations in which the typical modern cuisine come together in a harmonious balance of flavours.
A thoughtful selection of the best Tuscan wines, domestic and international, prepared by the owner, enhances their favourite items, highlighting the best quality ingredients.
