The path dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci starts from Anchiano where his birthplace is located and where, according to a centuries-old tradition, he was born on Saturday 15 April 1452. A life-size hologram by the artist tells an exciting story of his extraordinary life. Leaving the house where he was born, continuing towards Vinci, stop at Villa del Ferrale where the exhibition “Leonardo and painting” is set up with reproductions of all the artist’s paintings. Once in Vinci, visit the Leonardian Museum, inside the Castello dei Conti Guidi, where you can admire the oldest collection of machines and models dedicated to Leonardo’s work.
