PROGRAM: You will visit a typical tuscan farm where wine, oil and vegetables are producted and you will prepare a typical tuscan dishes with a “homemade” cooking class. You will prepare: hand made pasta or zuppa alla frantoiana, pappa al pomodoro, crostini alla toscana, tiramisù, bruschette. After the cooking class yo can taste the products you prepared and some other dishes to complete the menù. In this farm you could also admire a rose garden with ancient roses and aromatic plants – a real “path of sensory colors and scents”
